What can I expect from the event?
A new Swiss-inspired holiday village debuts this year in San Diego! Located at the iconic Liberty Station, this magical market features over 60 artisan chalets, shimmering lights, gourmet treats, and festive moments for all ages. In the spirit of the season, friends and families come together to celebrate this magical time of year. Let yourself be carried away by the cosy atmosphere, savor the aromas of delicious dishes - from traditional favorites to seasonal specialties - and discover craftsmanship, contemporary design, and unique gift ideas to share with your loved ones.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The event takes place primarily outdoors.
Our Swiss Raclette Chalet and Santa’s Headquarter are the only indoor spaces at our market.
Please keep in mind that temperatures can feel cooler near the ocean, especially after sunset. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket or sweater.
If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
On average, our guests usually spend around 90 minutes at the Winter Village.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We are happy to inform you that we will cater for vegan and gluten-free options!
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
What forms of tender will be accepted?
This is a cashless event. Please note that individual vendors may accept different payment methods.
Getting Here
How do I get to Liberty Station?
Liberty Station is easily accessible by car, public transportation, rideshare, bike, or on foot.
Because traffic and parking can be busy, especially during the holiday season, we strongly recommend using public transportation, rideshare, biking, or walking whenever possible.
Can I take a ride share?
Yes. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available.
Can I take public transportation?
Yes! Liberty Station is easily accessible by public transportation.
MTS Bus Route 28: This route runs between Point Loma and the Old Town Transit Center, dropping passengers off along Rosecrans Street at the edge of the station. If you get off at the Rosecrans St & Goldsmith St or Rosecrans St & Curtis St stops, you will be just a short walk away from Ingram Plaza and the Arts District.
MTS Bus Route 923: This route travels between Ocean Beach and Downtown San Diego via Harbor Drive. It serves the southern perimeter of the station, dropping you off near Spanish Landing and the waterfront side of the area.
MTS Trolley (Green & UC San Diego Blue Lines): While there isn't a trolley station directly on the property, you can take either the Green Line or the Blue Line to the Old Town Transit Center. Once you arrive at the transit center, you can easily transfer to Bus Route 28 for a quick, direct ride the rest of the way.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue. Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
